YouTube Kids
After a few parent sessions and the recent issues with inappropriate content popping up in YouTube Kids, we decided to do a quick run through of the app, the security settings and perhaps the most important thing you can do as mum and dad which is remove the search bar from your children’s YouTube Kids account. It’s a brief run through and as mentioned in the video, a back to basics approach. But we feel this is actually what is necessary today. Many parents have told us that in some cases, they feel that because of how prevalent the internet, online gaming and social media is in their children’s lives and how long it’s been the case, they are almost afraid to ask the basic questions. So we figured we would answer the basics first and then work to the more advanced stuff. Walk before you can run we say!!!
